During my legal practice for more than 20 years, alternative dispute resolution has always distracted my attention and dispute resolution has been my priority.  In the last ten years, with the rapid spread of alternative dispute resolutions throughout the world, the Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes has entered into force in our country and mediation activities have gained their legal basis.

In 2016, after receiving Mediation Training from Kemerburgaz University, I have been entitled to serve as an official mediator registered in the Mediation Registry as a result of the written exam and oral interview opened by the Mediation Department.

At the same time, I attended the commercial mediation trainings organized by CEDR (UK), one of the most important dispute resolution centers in the world and successfully passed the accreditation exam in Paris and gained the title of commercial mediator accredited by CEDR.

Due to the fact that I worked as an expert witness in Labor Courts and took part in collective labor disputes, I completed the Human Resources Management program at ITU and was entitled to receive a certificate as a result of the exam in order to dominate technical sages other than labor law and to have effective negotiation ability.

Now, I use the negotiation methods that I have used for my clients throughout my professional life as a mediator or party representative in mediation, in the mediation process, in a formal way.
